Conditions

- A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a reservation for accommodation and private dining.
- Private dining cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- A full fee will be imposed for a no-show for accommodation, private dining and massages.
- A fee of $100 per night applies to cancellations.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of stay incur 50% of the full accommodation charge.
- Weekend rates apply to Public Holidays Easter and Christmas period through to the 1st week of January.

- Gift vochures are non refundable and are not valid during public holiday periods.

- Check in from 2.30 pm and checkout 11.00 am, early check in available if suite is ready.
