Tumbling Waters Retreat is unique specializing in the smaller weddings with guests numbers from 20-90, catering to all budgets.

Exquisite cuisine, a hand picked team of professionals will ensure the wedding or private celebration of your dreams.

RECEPTION CELEBRATION PACKAGES

We have four packages that include beverages, the duration of all our packages may be extended .

- Silver roaming cocktail $148 per person plus venue hire- 4 hours duration

- Gold roaming Cocktail $ 180 per person plus venue hire - 5 hours duration

- Silver Formal sit-down meal $167 per person plus venue hire-4 hours duration

- Gold Formal sit- down meal $210 per person plus venue hire- 5 hours duration

* To hold a ceremony onsite before the reception you will need to hire the venue for an additional hour. There is an option to hold a ceremony only on site please see bottom of page for details.

VENUE HIRE

All wedding receptions and private functions booked incur a venue hire fee for exclusive use of the dining room, glass atrium and ground floor terrace area.

Fridays, weekends and public holidays $330 per hour.
Monday to Thursday $165 per hour.

- Decking overlooking the ocean, perfect for the ceremony.
- Terraced area with outdoor sandstone tables, seating for 32 guests.
- Wedding cake table and knife
- Retreats table decorations glass bowls with shells and a candle.
- Multiple stacker, quadraphonic CD player with outdoor speakers. (You are welcome to bring / burn your own CDs or use the Retreats selection.)

- If the flourless chocolate cake is selected as a dessert option it can be presented as a wedding cake.

Silver roaming cocktail

Daytime reception or 5pm for an evening reception

- $148.00 per person plus venue hire
- 5% surcharge Sundays and Public Holidays
- 4 hours duration
-A minimum of 70 guests to be paid for on a Saturday during wedding season September through to and including May
- Maximum 90 guests, and minimum 20 guests. Sun-Fri
- Includes 3.5 hours alcoholic beverage service

- Premium Wines / premium sparkling wine, beer, orange juice, mineral water and soft drinks.

- Guests socialize whilst being served every 15 to 20 minutes, the finest cuisine, equivalent to a meal.

An elegant ambience is created, chairs, lounges and tables are scattered around the reception area allowing guests to mingle or be seated.

- The package begins with freshly roasted nuts and chefs selection dips. Followed by 6 varieties of food items.

- Select 4 varieties of canapes - 2 hot and 2 cold.

* ( 2 canapes may be exchanged for an additional entree or dessert )

- Select one entree (or dessert) and select one main served in white china bowls.

With this package your wedding cake may be served as dessert;

- Selection of Teas and freshly brewed Coffee


- The tariff to extend the package for 1 hour is $20 per person plus venue hire and includes beverages and an additional canape selection or $25 to include an additional entree, main or dessert.

Gold roaming cocktail

- Exquisitively indulgent - guests socialize whilst being served every 15 to 20 minutes, the finest cuisine, equivalent to a full meal.

Daytime reception or commences at 4pm for an evening reception

$180 per person plus venue hire
- 5 % surcharge Sundays and public holidays
- 5 hours duration
- A minimum of 60 guests to be paid for on a Saturday during wedding season September through to and including May
- Maximum 90 guests, and minimum 20 guests. Sun- Fri
- Includes 4.5 hours beverage service.

- Premium wines / premium sparkling wine, beer, orange juice, mineral water and soft drinks.

- The package begins with freshly roasted nuts chefs selection dips, gourmet cheese and fruit platters. Followed by 9 varieties of food items.

- 6 varieties of canapes - 3 hot and 3 cold canapes.

* ( 2 canapes may be exchanged for an additional entree, main or dessert )

- Select one entree, select one main and select one dessert served in white china bowls

- Selection of Teas and freshly brewed coffee
- Port and Belgium chocolates

-The tariff to extend the package for 1 hour is $16 per person plus venue hire and includes beverages.

Formal Silver Sit-down

Daytime reception or 5pm for an evening reception

-$167 per person plus venue hire
- 5 % surcharge Sundays and public holidays
- 4 Hours duration
- A minimum of 60 guests to be paid for on a Saturday during wedding season September through to and including May
- Seated guests - Maximum 70 guests and minimum 20 guests
- Includes 3.5 hours alcoholic beverage service- premium wines, premium sparkling wine, beer, orange juice, mineral water and soft drinks.

- Freshly roasted nuts and beverages are served on the terrace overlooking the ocean for 30 minutes before guests are seated in the sandstone and glass dining room.

- Freshly baked bread.
- Selection of one entree, two mains served alternatively, and one dessert.
- Selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee

- The tariff to extend the package for 1 hour is $18 per person plus venue hire and includes beverages and an additional canape selection.


Formal Gold Sit-down

Daytime reception or 4pm for an evening reception

- $210 per person plus venue hire
- 5 % surcharge Sundays and Public holidays
- 5 hours duration
-A minimum of 50 guests to be paid for on a Saturday during wedding season September through to and including May.
- Seated guests - Maximum 70 guests and minimum 20 guests.
-Includes 4.5 hours alcoholic beverage service

- Premium wines, premium sparkling wine, beer, orange juice, mineral water and soft drinks.

The gold sit-down package begins with;

- Freshly roasted assorted nuts
- 2 varieties of Canapes - 1 hot and 1 cold
- Gourmet Cheese and fruit platter

The above is served on the terrace over looking the rainforest and ocean for about one and a half hours before being seated.

Once seated in the sandstone and glass dining room guests are served;
- Freshly baked bread
- Selection of two; entree, two main, and two dessert served alternatively.
- Selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee.
- Port and Belgium chocolates
- The tariff to extend the package for 1 hour is $14.00 per person plus an additional 1 hour venue hire and includes beverages.

- Ceremony only ( no reception)

Fridays / Saturdays/ Sundays/ Public holidays 1.5 hours duration guests arrive at 11.30am for a 12 midday ceremony and concludes at 1pm $1100 ceremony only fee plus $15 per person

Monday - Thursday 1.5 hours duration $550 ceremony only fee plus $15 per person.

*Please note, should you decide to select one of the packages listed above and have your ceremony and reception onsite at Tumbling Waters Retreat the ceremony only fee and $15 per person is NOT CHARGED. Please note a one hour venue hire fee IS charged. (see above for details )

The perfect location for the most beautiful ceremony includes the use of the gardens, ground floor terrace area, gazebo,wet edge horizon pool for photography and the glass atrium, ( plan B for inclement weather )

Fridays / weekends and public holidays guests arrive at 11.30am for a 12 midday ceremony and concludes at 1pm.
