Less then an hour's drive south of Sydney our passion is boutique weddings. Either cocktail style for 20 to 100 guests or sit down for 20 to 80 guests.

All wedding receptions booked incur a venue hire fee for exclusive use of the reception dining room, glass atrium and ground floor terrace area. The venue hire starts when the guests arrive and concludes when the guests leave.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays $330 per hour.
Monday to Thursday $165 per hour.
We have seven wedding packages that include beverages. Please remember to include venue hire when calculating your costings. Should you wish to have your ceremony onsite you will need to hire the venue for one hour.
All wedding reception packages must start after the ceremony concludes. Should you wish to allow more time for photography you will need to extend the package selected.
Please note we have an 11:00pm curfew at the retreat Monday to Saturday and a 9:00pm curfew on Sundays. ( except when the Sunday is following a public holiday)

All our wedding packages include beverage service, premium red, white, sparkling wine, orange juice, mineral water, soft drinks, a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee.
Premium light cascade beer and full strength crown lager beer are included in all our wedding packages except for the *ceremony only package.
All our red, white and sparkling wines come from blended grape varieties that have been carefully selected for our most discerning guests.

Guests arrive 30 minutes before the start of the wedding ceremony. Ceremonies usually take 15-20 minutes. Includes the use of the gardens, ground floor terrace area, gazebo, wet edge horizon pool for photography and glass atrium, red carpet and 8 chairs (plan B for inclement weather).
Includes 30 minute beverage service( excludes beer) and freshly roasted spiced nuts after the ceremony.
All ceremony only bookings must conclude by 2pm.

This wedding reception package may be extended for one hour to include an additional canape and beverage service. $20 per person plus venue hire.

- The package begins with freshly roasted nuts and beverages served on the terrace overlooking the ocean for 30 minutes before guests are seated in the sandstone and glass dining room.
Freshly baked bread.
Selection of one entree, two mains served alternatively and one dessert.
*If you select the Belgium Chocolate cake as the dessert option we can present this as your wedding cake.
This wedding reception package may be extended for one hour to include beverage service and an additional canape. $18 per person plus venue hire.
Gold Sit Down - five hours

2 varieties of canapes -
Gourmet cheese and fruit platter all served on the terrace over looking the rainforest and ocean for about one and a half hours before guests are seated.
Once seated in the sandstone and glass dining room guests are served;
- Freshly baked bread
- Selection of two entrees, two mains, and two desserts served alternatively.
- Gourmet chocolates

Conditions
- To secure a date for a wedding reception a five hour venue hire fee is required.
- To secure a date for a wedding ceremony only a two hour venue hire fee is required
- In the event of a cancellation within 12 months of the booked date the full venue hire fee to secure the reservation will be changed. Outside 12 months of the booked date, an administration fee of $500 will be charged.
- Please note we have a responsible service of alcohol policy and the service of alcohol must conclude 30 minutes prior to the end of your function as per the law.
